The Jomon Period of Japanese history stretches from 14,000BC to 300 BC. Jomopia Miyahata is an archaeological site that contains artifacts from the 2000-year period of the Middle, Late, and Final Jomon periods. The archives contain many artifacts and pottery from the Jomon era that were excavated in the area. Come and have a look into the early history of Japan and glimpse into the lives and culture of the people who lived during the Jomon period.
